Company profileThe ideal candidate should have 5 plus years of experience in a similar role within the facility management industry, along with strong communication skills.
This role will be responsible for overseeing Soft Services at the assigned site, including housekeeping, vendor management, and overall facility operations. Key Responsibilities: Establish and maintain appropriate customer service procedures and standards, interfacing with customers to resolve issues effectively
Evaluate support services, identify needs, anticipate challenges, and develop corrective action plans proactively
Assist in preparing MIS reports for sites, as well as managing shifts for Supervisors and Housekeeping teams
Oversee office services required to support departmental operations efficiently
Assist in implementing efficiency standards while maintaining discipline and ensuring high-quality work by all team members
Ensure all client complaints are addressed within the established turnaround time
Maintain agreed manpower strength as per the contract, coordinating with the office to fill any manpower shortages promptly
Ensure all housekeeping equipment is in working condition
Maintain adequate stock levels of chemicals required for housekeeping services and ensure availability on-site
Take responsibility for overall safety and security at the site, ensuring compliance with established protocols.
Desired Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Willingness to work in shifts as required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse client teams
Familiarity with occupational safety standards and requirements.
