    โ€‹This usually happens at night when the electricity rate is lower (\downarrow cost) and the air is cooler, which helps the chiller run more efficiently.

    A Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) is an electronic device that controls the speed and torque of an AC motor by adjusting the frequency and voltage of the power supplied to the motor.
    It is also known as Adjustable Speed Drive (ASD) or AC Drive.

    ๐Ÿ”น How Does a VFD Work?
    A VFD changes the power supplied to the motor in three stages:

    1. Rectifier stage → Converts incoming AC power to DC.
    2. DC Bus (filter stage) → Smoothens and stores energy in capacitors.
    3. Inverter stage → Converts DC back to variable-frequency AC using IGBTs (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistors).

      Hello, I just want to add more. Under Predictive Maintenance Key Element is also *Data Management & Capturing Real Time Running Data* for frequent assessment thru IoT method required mainly for airports, hospitals, manufacturing units, hospitals. And in Preventive maintenance Key Elements AMC or CMC will be a major aspect. Thanks.

    This journey wasn’t easy. It demanded a complete lifestyle shift, rigorous workouts and a lot of patience.

    I sought professional help, but initially, it felt like too much — overwhelming routines, slow progress and constant temptation to quit.

    But I didn’t.
    Because real change — lasting change — takes time, consistency and commitment.

    Eventually, what felt like a struggle became second nature. Today, I can’t imagine going back. The discipline that helped me shed 20kg has reshaped my life.

Stringent fly management, including the use of flying insect control systems, can help eliminate one of the significant sources of food contamination.

    Fly Monitoring and Infestation Reduction

    While most food manufacturing facilities use some control techniques for the reduction of filth flies, there has been less success in developing a numeric assessment of the level of monitoring and control of flying insects.
    However, glue board-based insect light traps, which are already in widespread use in the food handling industry, can provide this numeric assessment. They are one of the most acceptable fly control solutions for use within a food handling facility and contribute successfully to reducing or eliminating the food contamination potential.

    Brandenburg Easy Count Glue Board

    The Brandenburg Easy Count Glue Board was developed as a specific aid to obtain the required flying insect counts without significant increase in costs. It was specifically designed to meet the various food safety regulations through well-established scientific methods. By using scientifically proven sampling techniques, the flying insect counts can be easily achieved — allowing facilities to integrate their fly control program with their mandatory HACCP type sanitation system.
