𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝟭𝟬𝟳 𝘁𝗼 𝟴𝟳𝗸𝗴 — 𝗮 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲-𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲, 𝗵𝗮𝗯𝗶𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

The photo on the left is from 2012 — I weighed 107 kg. On the right, a leaner version of me in 2023 at 87 kg.

This journey wasn’t easy. It demanded a complete lifestyle shift, rigorous workouts and a lot of patience.

I sought professional help, but initially, it felt like too much — overwhelming routines, slow progress and constant temptation to quit.

But I didn’t.
Because real change — lasting change — takes time, consistency and commitment.

Eventually, what felt like a struggle became second nature. Today, I can’t imagine going back. The discipline that helped me shed 20kg has reshaped my life.

Each year billions of dollars are lost due to unsafe food, which eventually goes to waste. According to WWF, about 6%-8% of all human-caused greenhouse gas emissions could be reduced if we stop wasting food^. Stringent fly management, including the use of flying insect control systems, can help eliminate one of the significant sources of food contamination.

Fly Monitoring and Infestation Reduction

While most food manufacturing facilities use some control techniques for the reduction of filth flies, there has been less success in developing a numeric assessment of the level of monitoring and control of flying insects.
However, glue board-based insect light traps, which are already in widespread use in the food handling industry, can provide this numeric assessment. They are one of the most acceptable fly control solutions for use within a food handling facility and contribute successfully to reducing or eliminating the food contamination potential.

Brandenburg Easy Count Glue Board

The Brandenburg Easy Count Glue Board was developed as a specific aid to obtain the required flying insect counts without significant increase in costs. It was specifically designed to meet the various food safety regulations through well-established scientific methods. By using scientifically proven sampling techniques, the flying insect counts can be easily achieved — allowing facilities to integrate their fly control program with their mandatory HACCP type sanitation system.

Job Description for Customer Relationships Executive 

1. Managing the Helpdesk Desk. 
2. ⁠Resident Move in/ Move out Process and maintain the Accurate data.
3. ⁠Logging the Resident Querys in the Portal and take follow up with the concern department for the closer.
4. ⁠Attending the Resident issues  Promptly.
5. ⁠Managing the Daily Report and Data.
6. ⁠Draft the Circulars and Notice for Any Event, Work.

7. Will comfortable for Night shift also.

Requirements:
1. 1-3 year experience is required.
2. ⁠Must have good communication skills 
3. ⁠Must  have positive attitude and must be focused on customer satisfaction.
6. ⁠Only work from Office (6days Working) 
candidates are welcome.

Workplace design Iant just about creating functional spaces but it's about building environments that influence how people feel, think, and perform. Subtle elements like lighting, colors, and furniture can profoundly impact employee well-being, yet they often go unnoticed or undervalued.

Take lighting, for instance. Natural light does more than brighten a room; it boosts mood, reduces stress, and improves focus. Similarly, the colors around us have emotional effects - calming blues and greens, energizing yellows, and soothing earth tones can shape how we experience our day.

Comfort is another key aspect. An uncomfortable chair or poorly designed workstation can lead to physical strain, which in turn affects mental clarity. Ergonomic furniture and adaptable spaces help people feel physically supported, which often translates into better engagement and productivity.

Bringing nature into the office, whether through plants, wooden textures, or even a glimpse of greener that create a calming and refreshing environment. Its no coincidence that employees in nature-inspired spaces tend to feel less stressed and more creative.
