As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient production, maintaining quality standards, managing teams, optimizing processes, and driving continuous improvement across the plant floor.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Shoub be an Engineering background.
2. Production equipment maintenance background.
3. Strong in equipment maintenance practices like spares planning, analysis like MTTR / MTBF, Corrective & Preventive, SLA / KPA review and planning etc., (so that he can groom the FM & Engineers)
4. Our resource management capabilities, like skill developing & training, retaining.
5. Communication, interaction and MMR presentation of industrial clients.
