You will manage front desk operations, provide vital administrative support, and collaborate with various departments to maintain an efficient and welcoming environment that reflects SILA’s standards of service and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception Management
Client and Guest Support
Facility Coordination
Administrative Support: Assist with administrative duties such as filing, inventory management, and maintaining various reports (MMR, DMR), complaint trackers, and dashboards.
Data Analysis Reporting: Analyse data to prepare daily call log summaries and monthly MIS reports, providing insights for management.
Emergency Response: Respond swiftly to emergency situations, coordinating with the appropriate authorities as required.
Lost Found Management: Be familiar with and manage lost and found procedures to ensure items are handled appropriately.
Shift Handover: Edit the handover/takeover register at the end of each shift to ensure continuity of tasks and communication across the team.
