Company profilePurpose of the Role
The Business Head will be responsible for driving top-line expansion, new client acquisition, and revenue diversification across food services and facility management. This is a high-impact, sales-centric leadership role that demands aggressive go-to-market execution, strategic partnerships, and P&L ownership. They will lead a cross-functional team to build and scale new business verticals, win large B2B mandates, and institutionalize a sales engine that drives consistent, profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue Growth & Sales Strategy
Own and drive all revenue targets across key verticals—corporate catering, institutional food services, and facility management.
Identify and tap into high-growth segments (corporates, hospitals, education, tech parks, etc.).
Develop and implement aggressive GTM strategies including enterprise sales, key account penetration, and upselling.
2. Business Development & Client Acquisition
Build and lead a high-performance sales team focused on lead generation, RFP wins, and large deal closures.
Forge long-term strategic partnerships and key client relationships at the CXO level.
Expand geographic footprint through new accounts, channel partnerships, and regional alliances.
3. Commercial & P&L Management
Take full ownership of business profitability—pricing, cost management, and unit economics.
Structure scalable business models with an eye on gross margins and operational efficiency.
Ensure effective sales forecasting, pipeline visibility, and commercial discipline.
4. Customer Success & Key Account Growth
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, contract renewals, and service SLAs.
Drive account mining, cross-selling and value-added services within existing clients.
Lead strategic reviews and business planning with top accounts.
5. Brand, Marketing & Market Penetration
Guide B2B brand positioning and sales enablement initiatives.
Spearhead demand generation, industry participation, and digital outreach campaigns.
Promote new offerings, launches, and differentiators in target markets.
6. Sales Leadership & Culture
Build a winning sales culture focused on accountability, agility, and achievement.
Recruit, train, and mentor high-impact sales and business development professionals.
Set up KPIs, performance metrics, incentive structures, and career growth paths.
Ideal Candidate
20+ years of leadership experience in B2B services with deep expertise in sales, revenue growth, and client success.
Proven track record in enterprise sales, food services, hospitality, FM, or allied B2B service sectors.
MBA/PGDM from a reputed institute. Background in hospitality, facilities, or real estate is preferred.
