Key Responsibilities:

  • Exceptional Guest Service:

    • Greeting and attending to VIP guests with courtesy and professionalism.
    • Anticipating and fulfilling guest needs and requests promptly and efficiently.
    • Providing personalized service, ensuring a memorable experience.
    • Maintaining a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene. 
  • Food and Beverage Service:

    • Preparing and serving food and beverages to the highest standards, with attention to presentation and detail. 
    • Ensuring proper cleanliness of food preparation areas and equipment. 
    • Managing inventory and restocking supplies as needed. 
    • Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations. 
  • Maintaining Cleanliness and Order:

    • Ensuring all areas are kept clean, tidy, and organized at all times. 
    • Clearing and resetting tables efficiently. 
    • Maintaining cleanliness of dining and service areas. 
    • Managing waste disposal and ensuring proper sanitation. 
  • Assisting with Guest Needs:

    • Providing information about services, amenities, and activities. 
    • Escorting guests to their designated areas. 
    • Assisting with luggage or other personal belongings. 
    • Coordinating with other staff members to ensure seamless service. 
  • Other Duties:

    • Attending briefings and debriefings as required. 
    • Adhering to all company policies and procedures. 
    • Following safety and security protocols. 
      • Participating in training sessions as needed.
