We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager with a strong background in blue collar and bulk hiring, specifically within the Facilities Management industry. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end recruitment for roles such as housekeeping staff, security personnel, technicians, pantry boys, and other site-level roles across multiple client locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive and manage end-to-end recruitment for blue collar roles across geographies.
Liaise with site operations, HR, and business teams to forecast and fulfill manpower requirements.
Build and manage a network of agencies, local vendors, and sourcing channels for effective candidate pipelines.
Conduct screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
Ensure adherence to hiring SLAs, quality of hire, and compliance with statutory norms.
Manage bulk drives, walk-ins, and on-ground recruitment campaigns.
Leverage local employment channels, job boards, and field recruitment to meet urgent site demands.
Maintain accurate MIS, dashboards, and recruitment reports.
Ensure effective onboarding experience and handover to site HR/Admin.
