Looking for an experienced Key Account Manager – Soft Services to oversee client relations and service delivery in Hosur. The role requires managing all aspects of soft facility management services, maintaining excellent client engagement, and ensuring service excellence aligned with contractual agreements. Candidate should know Tamil.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Manage and strengthen client relationships for soft services at Hosur
2.Understand client requirements for housekeeping, landscaping, pest control, waste management, and other allied services.
3.Coordinate with operations teams to ensure timely and quality service delivery according to SLAs.
4.Conduct regular client meetings, site inspections, and service reviews.
5.Address client concerns promptly and implement corrective actions.
6.Prepare and present detailed reports on service performance, compliance, and client feedback.
7.Lead and mentor on-site teams to maintain high standards of service and client satisfaction.
8.Collaborate with sales and business development to identify opportunities for service expansion.
9.Monitor budgets, resources, and compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Facility Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
2.Minimum 10 years of experience in key account management or client servicing within facility management, with focus on soft services.
3.Strong client management, communication, and negotiation skills.
4.Ability to multitask and manage complex client demands.
5.Proficiency in MS Office and account management tools.
6.Knowledge of SLAs, KPIs, and facility management quality standards.
7.Leadership and problem-solving skills.
8.Familiarity with safety and regulatory compliance in corporate/industrial settings.
