The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of office facilities, compliance, and support services, while driving efficiency and creating a productive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee general office operations including facilities management, housekeeping, security, and vendor management.
Manage administrative budgets, contracts, procurement of office supplies, and asset management.
Ensure compliance with statutory and organizational policies.
Supervise administrative staff and support teams; assign tasks and monitor performance.
Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics for employees and visitors.
Handle office infrastructure, maintenance, and IT support coordination.
Develop and implement administrative processes and policies to improve efficiency.
Support HR and senior management with internal communication, documentation, and event management.
Ensure a safe, secure, and employee-friendly workplace.
