We are hiring Customer Relations Executive (Male) for DLF luxury residential site in DLF phase V Gurugram .
Job Description for Customer Relationships Executive
1. Managing the Helpdesk Desk.
2. Resident Move in/ Move out Process and maintain the Accurate data.
3. Logging the Resident Querys in the Portal and take follow up with the concern department for the closer.
4. Attending the Resident issues Promptly.
5. Managing the Daily Report and Data.
6. Draft the Circulars and Notice for Any Event, Work.
7. Will comfortable for Night shift also.
Requirements:
1. 1-3 year experience is required.
2. Must have good communication skills
3. Must have positive attitude and must be focused on customer satisfaction.
6. Only work from Office (6days Working)
