1️⃣ Morning Briefing
• Conduct staff briefing before the start of the shift.
• Assign duties and responsibilities clearly to each team member.
• Share daily updates: VIP arrivals, guest preferences, special requests, and priority areas.



2️⃣ Floor & Area Inspection
• Inspect all assigned guest floors and public areas.
• Identify cleanliness gaps, damages, or maintenance requirements.
• Ensure inspection checklists are completed and signed off.



3️⃣ Follow-up with Engineering
• Report maintenance or repair issues immediately.
• Track progress and ensure timely completion.
• Verify work quality before closing complaints.



4️⃣ Public Area Supervision
• Monitor lobby, elevators, corridors, restrooms, and other public spaces.
• Ensure cleanliness, fragrance, and ambiance standards are maintained.
• Coordinate with janitorial teams for periodic checks.



5️⃣ Inventory Management
• Check daily stock levels of guest supplies and cleaning materials.
• Report shortages promptly and raise requisitions as needed.
• Maintain updated records of issued and received items.



6️⃣ Staff Grooming & Training
• Check staff grooming, hygiene, and PPE compliance.
• Ensure uniforms are neat and presentable.
• Provide quick on-the-job training and reinforce SOPs.



7️⃣ Guest Request & Complaint Handling
• Attend to guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Record all requests and complaints in the logbook/system.
• Ensure issues are resolved efficiently and followed up.



8️⃣ End of Shift Report
• Submit a detailed shift summary including:
• Rooms cleaned and pending
• Maintenance issues reported
• Guest complaints and resolutions
• Handover notes for the next shift



➕ Extra Responsibilities (As Required) 🔑
• Deep Cleaning: Carpets, sofas, curtains, corners, skirting, etc.
• Machine Cleaning: Proper care and upkeep of Taski machines, vacuums, and scrubbers.
• Store Room Management: Organize and label chemicals, linen, and supplies systematically.
• Pest Control Follow-up: Conduct inspection and ensure scheduled treatments.
• Special Projects: Event or festival setups and area decorations.
• Training Sessions: Conduct refresher training on SOPs, cleaning techniques, and new standards.
